SUPERATE ACELERADORA DE INNOVACION SOCIAL is the main social protection program of the Dominican Government, which arises from the merger of two programs, Progresando and Solidaridad, through Decree No. 488-12 of August 21, 2012, which also indicates it as the main poverty eradication strategy. SUPERATE is a focused social intervention program that integrates conditional cash transfers, socio-educational support and links with State programs and services, articulated in actions that are based on seven components: Identification, Comprehensive Health, Education, Human Training and Citizen Awareness, Food Security , Nutrition and Income Generation, Habitability and Environmental Protection and Access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

SUPERATE SOCIAL INNOVATION ACCELERATOR will support the Chair of Social Responsibility and Sustainability "Alejandro E. Grullón E.", of the Popular Foundation and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), through modules and knowledge transfer on the subject of Circular Economy and the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
