MASTER'S DEGREE IN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

The growing complexity of the world in which we live and the interrelationship between the economic, social and cultural dimensions of the globalized world are presenting new challenges to the management of organizations. Companies and all types of organizations know that their future viability and success depend on innovating in management and knowing how to respond to the demands of the environment. Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability represent a new approach in the management of organizations that advocates integrating economic, social and environmental responsibilities in the management of companies. Companies and organizations have begun to assume these responsibilities, as a result of the growing demand in society and their own conviction of the need to contribute to a more just and sustainable society. In this context, the systematic and rigorous training of professionals who have the appropriate knowledge, skills and competencies for responsible management is necessary.
