Benedetta Falletti di Villafalletto: She is an economist, with experience in strategic consulting at EY, focusing on Development Cooperation with an international master's degree and collaborating with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a volunteer at FAO. She participates in microfinance projects on the ground in Bolivia and Ethiopia, where she develops her thesis comparing different microcredit models in the region. In 2006, she came to Spain to support the CSR of Grupo VIPS and after 7 years in the company, she specialized in corporate volunteering, citizen participation and strategic studies as project director in Volunteering and Strategy. Among her duties, she coordinates the Voluntare Network since 2015 and leads projects focused on the SDGs such as # COMPANIES4SDGs or ODSalCole.
Celina Lesta: Graduate in Political Science (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and International Master in Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility (School of Industrial Organization - Madrid). She has more than 10 years of experience in the design, management, and communication of sustainability and CSR plans, as well as social, environmental, and volunteer projects. She has worked mainly in Argentina, having also led projects in Costa Rica and Spain. She served as head of CSR at Banco Patagonia, Communications coordinator for Banco Galicia's Sustainability Management, as well as a consultant for large companies, social entrepreneurs and NGOs. Since 2017, she is based in Madrid, she is project manager in Volunteering and Strategy and since 2018, responsible for Latin America of Red Voluntare.
Julia Aramendi: With a degree in Humanities and a Master's in Communication and Organization of events, Julia has more than eleven years of experience in Social Responsibility and Corporate Volunteering projects. She has worked for more than 8 years in Spain, leading projects and strategies for companies such as Repsol, SAP or Pernod Ricard, and coordinating projects for organizations such as the European Commission and the United Nations. She worked in the International area of the Business in the Community organization in London, coordinating projects in more than 29 countries for both companies and the European Commission. She had a year of experience in Peru supporting the design and implementation of Grupo Gloria's Social Responsibility strategy. She has been a speaker at international conferences and a university Master's professor.
Marcos Ramírez: Economist and CSR expert. He is project manager in Volunteering and Strategy for Fundación Telefónica, Fundación Repsol, Fundación “La Caixa”, UN Volunteers, ActionAid, among other companies and NGOs. He is a CSR professor at the International School of Event Management and Communication. Marcos was the Spanish representative in the European Year of Volunteering 2011 and the Political Agenda for Volunteering in Europe and is a member of the board of Volonteurope, an international network that promotes volunteering in Europe. He worked for the Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Alcalá and Banco Santander as coordinator, as well as for other foundations and companies.
